On 12th June, a tour is planned at the Public Service Hall (PSH) for the conference participants. Georgian public service delivery model will be showcased, including business registration service.
The Public Service Hall operates as a legal entity of public law under the management of the Ministry of Justice. It serves as the primary venue for a majority of state services, offering services from legal entities of public law (LEPLs) affiliated with the Ministry of Justice as well as services from various public agencies and the private sector.
More than 20,000 customers (including Georgian as well as foreign citizens) visit 118 Public Service Hall branches throughout Georgia on a daily basis. Customers have access to more than 470 public services in one space. In order to create maximum comfort for customers, Public Service Hall is constantly planning and implementing various public and private sector services. Consequently, customers can get more services in one space.
During the tour at the Tbilisi Central Public Service Hall (1, Zviad Gamsakhurdia Sanapiro str.), the Georgian practice of public and private sector service delivery, including business registration service, will be showcased to the EBRA conference participants. Furthermore, they will be provided detailed information regarding Georgian innovations that have no analogues in the world, which ensures accessibility of public services for the population living in rural areas, people with disabilities and all parts of society.
